Hi - if you're visiting this blog from a link other than from our new blog, we should let you know, we've moved the blog!
we'll leave this here a while, since we had some great conversations around some of these posts - but we've shifted our attention to here:
http://envisionanew.wordpress.com/
You know, trying to consolidate and simplify ~ moved by the Spirit :)
Hope you'll come visit us in our new digs - it's kinda sparse right now, but with your help and interactions, it will grow.
See you there!

The Long Rant - unedited...
Most of the books & articles I have read about changing social structures - you know, for "change" - actually describe more of what we've been doing for centuries, that we know does not work, proclaim to know is not working, and that it must change. But what many, if not most (trying to think of an example of why not All - "I'll have to get back to ya on that!") people are using the same thought process, just using a different language to describe it as if it were something new.
What's the supposed Einstein quote people like to use: you can't solve a problem from the same perspective that created the problem. OK, wildly paraphrased, perhaps. (I should go look it up & get it right - remind me later, ok?)
But it serves as my segue to this: NOTHING will elicit genuine change until we release our attachment to our old ideas about how things are/ must be.
A new process arises when we decide what we are choosing to experience, and then envision anew each individual choice we make to have that experience.
BUT EVEN THAT doesn't work, won't work, can't work - until we CHANGE HOW WE ARE BE-ing.
The authentic self flow is: BE -> DO -> HAVE.
Who we truly are is the basis of all we experience. Next is the layer of HOW we are be-ing - which is dependent upon who we think we Are.
What we think, what we believe, determines what our experience will be.
Too often, people holding themselves out to be thought-leaders (or, help us all, evangelists)are simply presenting yet another model, based on re-vamps of previous models, of how we have come to determine that things/ life/ business/ social structures occur / should/ must occur.
Ideas based on prior models and previous understandings, but presented differently enough to stand out, to cause people to notice, to create a stir, and some conversation around it.
And having these conversations is not a bad thing ~ it can invite further insights and even action. But when the framework is still just flirting with thinking about having these glorious thoughts - it doesn't get us where it is most beneficial and useful for us to be, in order to accomplish what we say we are choosing.
As long we are basing our thinking and assumptions in separation consciousness, NOTHING in our experience will change.
I'm so over being enamored of the conversation and gathering data and using scientific methods to try to prove or disprove blah-blah-blah. Scientific methods have been created to prove the (insane) separation-based way we have decided to view the world/ the universe/ existence.
I now choose be-ing in Oneness Consiousness. I AM.
And cut the cr*p of those flipping "in-tensions".
Nothing changes as long as we are mired in and determined to hang onto separation consciousness as our reference point.
It is only in coming from the Point of Oneness/ Oneness Consciousness that we can shift out of this crazy mess (our declaration!) we have created. Individually and collectively.
I'm exhausted by theorists and their "paradigm-shifting" perspectives that are no more than more noise in the cacophony of chaos.
And I am way over the idea that we *must* have chaos in order to shift. Have you noticed? Chaos has been soooo done. We don't need to keep doing it, or do it again, or perfect it (unless, of course, that's what you're here for... then go to it, I guess...)
Yeah, well this has been a rant. After I get some sleep, no doubt I'll come and edit the heck out of this post - but I'm posting it as is, for now -
And in the Now, I choose the transfiguration. Now let's accept our Oneness and create our experience Anew. In the Peace and Joy and Love and Delight we say we choose.

Contemplating Time
We are taught to base our lives on the passage of time; ritualistically marking and mapping the cycle of life; chopping them into years, months, days, minutes, seconds - even nanoseconds!
Then we take the system of measurement that we have devised, and act as if it is the immutable force that drives life itself.
We have created a framework for our experiences. Have we built a trellis? or a box?
In every moment of the timeless now, we can choose how to interact with each aspect of creation.
What, then, of time?

Beginning Now
Today I choose living a life of Joy in every moment of my Being; in every moment of Now.
I Choose Joy. ~

2009
I keep being reminded that how I respond to Life depends upon how I am viewing what is occurring at the moment of now where I have placed my focus.
OK. Maybe it's saying stuff like that, that makes people think I'm kinda weird.
I get it.
But I keep wondering, and keep being reminded of what's important. To me. Things that seem so different from what's important to the folks who make the most noise about what's important.
I am looking forward to Change for the Better for the Collective, now. I know change can kick my butt if I feel like I have to hang on to anything - especially ideas about what "should be." So my focus on this New Year's Day One, is to Let Go and Let Love ~~ Be in the moment; find the joy - even (especially?!) in the seemingly most joy-less moments, and Be Peace-full with it All.
I Am-You Are-We Are One. Oneness Consciousness. How does *that* change the world of our experience?
